Is it even possible to make a video that long? I mean obviously it wouldn't be hosted on Youtube but how big would that file have to be? is it within the scope of our data storage capabilities?

Well,
1) an aeon is an arbitrary unit of time
2) using the number of minutes in the video, I calculated that with an average bitrate of 5000 kilobits per second (which is a typical rate for a 1080p video on Youtube), the video would be 3.8 million exabytes in size. This study from 2011 estimates the total amount of data stored to date at 295 exabytes. This more recent study estimates the digital universe at 4400 exabytes.

So it would be a few orders of magnitude larger than all data humans have ever stored.

Besides which the video would first have to be rendered. I don't know if there are any shortcuts for cutting down the amount of rendering time looping videos use but still.

The length of that video would be 200 billion years.

You can also use data deduplication to shave off some storage space. Sequences of bytes that are the same will just be stored once instead of every time they appear. That might shave off several exabytes in this case, but it's impossible to predict with any certainty for this use case.

So that's what a Lego minifig looks like with tits. Now I no longer have to wonder. Guess I can scratch that off the bucket list.
