I'm not talking about what killed the guy, I'm talking about the fact that it looks like the condition went into his ocular cavity. I have this thing where I just can't stand anything that happens to the eye(s). It's one of the reasons that pic angus posted 2 pages ago made it where I couldn't stop blinking.

I remember seeing this before.

From what I recall, this guy had someone either make him a skeletal frame, or acquired a fake or real one, and then had it covered over to look like his fursona waifu. Or regular waifu. But I think it was some upstanding member of society abomination that was just horrifying. But yeah. Appearantly the guy wanted to feel his waifu's skeleton instead of plushy plushy.

So its a combination of fetish and dolls.
