I thought I was doing terribly at my job but the HR lady pulled me aside because I was having a rough day yesterday and told me I was above all my targets and that she wanted me on one of the really good teams when I get out of the training bay.

I work in a call center for clarification. We have like, three main places.
Sales (which has strict targets)
Care (you sell some things but you mostly fix billing issues)
and Loyalty (Where you give people the good deals so they stay with your company and try to make them pop flyin' and problem solve)

And She said I'm probably gonna end up in Loyalty because I just want to make everyone pop flyin'.

Which is kinda nice because I thought my lack of sales pushing and just trying to fix peoples problems was going to get me in trouble.

This week has been turbulent, but thats like, the thing that kinda has made me pop flyin' since yesterday,

Yesterday I told myself it'd be nice if my friends remembered I exist and this morning one good friend from college and university I haven't talked to in nearly a year sent me an email asking if I'd like to meet up.

Also I really feel appreciated at work and it's amazing.

So update on that 52 inch TV I found out by the dumpster: we ordered a ready-made repair kit off the internet (since there was a common problem with the capacitors on the power board being shot) and had a friend with some electrical/soldering experience fix it for us. And it works perfectly now! There's a chance some other capacitors might blow later but it should be a simple fix if that happens.

So we got a nice TV for like, 40 bucks, plus however much a stand or wall mount is gonna cost, since it didn't have one. And a sound bar for better audio. So we got a nice dumpster TV, it's just sitting on the floor because there's no point setting it up a month before we move to a new apartment.

Oh, and we're also upgrading to a much nicer apartment. More expensive but it oughta be worth it for all the space and fancy new appliances *crosses fingers*

DON'T FORGET FOOD WHEN YOU MOVE THE BEDS. We accidentally left most of the food at the old place after moving all the big furniture. So the first night sleeping at the new place was basically pudding cups and crackers for dinner.

I've been bamboozled. Maybe I can download more RAM and then convert the RAM into storage space.

Unfortunately, RAM can't be converted to storage space unless you delete \system32.

I heard running a magnet along your computer will align the processor and make it run smoother, though.
