AWKWARD ZOMBIE

Driving home after a killer workout in the rain at night, when the Twin Peaks opening comes on the radio. I dunno, my life has been kind of weird and aimless recently, but I guess this isn't too bad.

Hot daisies we finally moved the router to the bedroom so I could get an Ethernet connection in here, hot daisies my internet is so much better

I haven't had a headache for the past six hours. That's new.

My window's reception is horrible. So much static.

Oh wait, it's snow. Yay!

Got to randomly feel better this afternoon, just enough to go run an errand to the hippiemart to pick up a bunch of bulk herbs and tea. In bulk at this store, I get nice, fair-trade stuff for a third (if not even less) of the cost of lower quality, packaged items in a regular grocery store. whooo. Proceeded to spend the next hour and a half after I got back putting everything into jars and making my tea blends to keep in my locker at school. Also, my roommate got me a really nice electric skillet that holds almost two gallons of stuff. yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.

I feel oddly good at the moment.

Was unhappy a minute ago, but now I am not.


Today didn't feel empty and repetitive like usual, so there was that.
Maybe that is why.

Just 5 days after I went on about how I felt I wasn't gonna find a job things are looking up.

Just applied to an Apprenticeship with the college I learned at.
The best part of if I manage to get this is that I'll be working in a place I know that isn't too far to travel to.

Oh man I really hope I get this, it'd be neat to sometimes work with people who taught me what I know.

Spent the evening with my mother. We went to the used records store and I found a Talking Heads vinyl for $1.

I am in Florida while Mom handles legal stuff. We will be returning home with computers, boxes of pictures and swords.

All of these things sound amazing, but especially the last one. How many swords do you have? I thought it was just the claymore.

Claymore, a Scandinavian-inspired broadsword (with terrible balance putting ¾ weight into the blade; it was made to be a display sword and will wreck your arm to try and swing it around for fun and yard work (don't take suggestions from my aunt)), a handful of knives, a battleaxe and a Longbow made from a PVC pipe and an industrial string.

I know the last three aren't swords, but anything can be a sword if you try hard enough.

I like shiny.

Also I started shaving my legs finally and HOLY SHIT I WANT EVERYONE TO FEEL THEM

I got drunk a couple weeks ago and shaved one leg.
So then I had to soberly shave the other one. And clean up the first leg because it was a disaster.

Bed sheets and pants feel weird.
