Listening to the Battlefield Heroes theme and seeing there might be a successor of sorts. Not from EA, but someone else in the same style. I didn't play it too much, but I liked it while I played it, would be cool to at least have the option to try something like it again.

Last night while I was trying to sleep I got an idea to theoretically improve the way key strokes are handled in my game (which I haven't touched since October), which would involve important structural changes. I just did it in 5 minutes. The code was so clean and well organized that this fundamental refactoring involved changing maybe 8 lines and allowed me to delete two functions.

Wait wait wait
I just checked again and the game performs like 10 times better now. I didn't notice yesterday because I only tested the new code after running an optimized compilation (which always performed very well) and not a raw debug compilation. Now the unoptimized debug executable is almost as fast as the optimized release one. Wow.

Not sure which part you're uhhhhing about, so let me explain:

South of the Mason-Dixon Line, people often say "in the floor" instead of "on the floor". It's just a southern USA thing, IDK it's weird. Airra is in the southern USA. So she's weird. But we love her anyway. Even though she is so weird. With her anime hair. so cool ;~;

As for the sleeping on the floor thing:
