Had a Fatal 4 Way Magic game with some friends and I managed to defeat all three of them, including my friend's monstrous Erebos deck.

I managed to wake up early today and work out for the first time since the middle of fall. And I actually sat down and thought about how much homework I have, and realized that I really don't have that much. Feeling good today.

Got a haircut today.

The haircut lady went a little too pompadour on the styling afterwards, but oh well. I'll have a pomp for today and the actually do the style I want tomorrow. I don't know what the deal is with the hair ladies. After the cut I said "I use a bit of pomade to style". Haircut lady acknowledges, we go over to the sink and she washes the bits of hair off my head... then grabs the hair gel and goes crazy with a hairdryer. Why is it that hairstylists look at guys and go "hmmmmmm... I can do that with two ounces of gel and half a can of hairspray". Every single time I get a haircut, no matter what I say I do they always go "well, how about gel?"

Maybe I'm just not assertive enough.

I'm sorry, there are words written there but I don't understand what they mean.

I'm gettin' that wireless headset soon. Now I can finally stop destroying every headset I own within a few months. Hopefully.

Should probably go in the Tabletop Tales thread, but it made me pop flyin', so...

Today I was with some friends and we played a quick oneshot Pathfinder module. I build a blaster sorcerer kobold because screw it, it's a one shot.

In the last round of the fight, I get paralyzed due to having all 4 of my Strength drained from me. DM tells me I can still do supernatural actions if activating them is mental. Being paralyzed also means you can still breathe.

So I activated my breath weapon ability and blasted the final boss with lightning breath. The limp, unmoving kobold (who was also deaf at the time) just breathed on the boss and killed it.

I had something like that happen too. We had a draconic sorcerer with fire breath who got frozen, but the DM said he could still breathe. I think we would've all died in that fight if he didn't melt his way out and start slinging fireballs.

That stuff sounds awesome. I hope we get to play dnd online like we've been planning. I don't have anyone around here to play with, but it sounds like a blast.

I decided to step outside for a moment.

It was nice and quiet. There was no one around, and it was just quiet.

Then I looked at the eastern sky and saw that the sun was rising. The clouds were in varying shades of pale dark-blue, PANK, crimson and gold. It was beautiful.

It felt really calming.

Ever since coming out My social anxiety issues have been noticeably better.

Even though, nobody else would know about other than like 2 people.
I'm not ashamed of who I am anymore, and that makes such a difference.

It's a pretty nice day out, so I can leave my front door ajar, which is nice because it gets really stuffy in my apartment.

I like when I mention there's a song on the radio that I like and my friend will turn it up.

I'm feeling suspiciously pop flyin' tonight.

Yesterday started badly with my least favorite class (Networks) and then, as I was intending to actually work on some assignment since I had the afternoon off, my father asked me to scan a thing and of course the scanner wouldn't work and I wasted the whole afternoon failing to make it work and I noticed my wireless drivers somehow got corrupted during the class so I had to reinstall my laptop for like the 5th time so far in 2015 so I wasted the evening too.
But it turns out it gave me the chance to do those changes to my partitions that required a complete formatting of the hard drive and update my OS at the same time.
Also my sister asked me to bring her a thing next time I go to her house and eventually offered me to have dinner with her and my mother (whom I have not talked to since Christmas) tomorrow.
I have energy right now and that's unfamiliar.
