AWKWARD ZOMBIE

There was a tiny cicada in the receptionist's office. She was freaking out, even after repeated reassurances that it was completely harmless. I tried to catch it, but it managed to slip away. As far as I know, it's still in the office. It was so small I thought it was a juvenile even though that makes no sense.



I think this is roughly what it was, but about half as big.

Meeting with the career counselor today was pretty helpful. She gave me some ideas about things I might enjoy and offered a lot of helpful advice.

Just realized today that I'm successfully moving back toward a more healthy weight, judging by the way my jeans fit.

Got an interview at Subway tomorrow! I might be working the night shift.

I think the interview went well! The manager seemed to like me, at least.

That was one hell of an interview.

He never said in what way the manager liked him.

dude, i'll still say "tomorrow" until like the sun rises. Im up at 3am and ive got something to do at noon? its tomorrow in my addled brain.

Oh, haha, I think time zones are the cause of that. I remember posting the first one later at night, and then I went to bed.

Won 2 bucks playing blackjack with some other people at an academic team meet. I didn't know they were actually using cheddar until I was already over, but I figured I might as well try it when they were. Was fun.

The Black Keys were great, and so was Jake Bugg. The drive back was kinda spooky tho, a really thick fog rolled in and we couldn't see shit.

lurking for years at a time makes me pop flyin'
