Hmmm...I bet I could sneak into a NASA facility and stick them on a satellite...

Isn't Katie working at NASA?
Was this all a part of The Dark Ritual?

I was thinking I might put the Entei pin on my laptop bag at least.

If I carried a purse, that'd be the perfect place to put it, buuuut I really don't use one.

Yay, mine arrived yesterday, love all the stuff SO. VERY. MUCH. My sketch was a grumpy Marth (left the request section blank), which I imagine is how she probably felt by the time she got to sketching that:

Oh man. So here's the story: I'm a huge fan of Katie's work, I started reading her comics many many years ago and loved every single one. Unfortunately, I confess that I momentarily stopped checking the website for around a half year (I know, I'm terrible), and having returned realized I completely missed the Kickstarter for one of my favorite internet artists.

So I frantically created an account on the forum to ask this: was the book only a Kickstarter give away item, or will it be selling somehow, somewhere? I would really love to purchase a copy. D:

It will be selling someday somewhere. Not sure if it's going to be sold through the same store as the tshirts or what, but last I heard she's working on it.

I know she's had some books to sell at the cons she went to.

So I'm pretty sure USPS screwed me out of getting my book. Awesome. They attempted to deliver to an old address back on the 2'nd and I got a notification in my email about it. I sent in a redelivery request to tell them to just hold it at the post office and I'd come get it. I go in and they don't have it, they tell me that its been sent to their forwarding outpost??? That was two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since. I don't really know what to do since I don't even know if its really there or not.

Honestly, two weeks seems like a short amount of time by snail mail standards. I have no idea what a forwarding outpost is, though.

I hope thats the case. To be fair it took them a month to mail a letter from south east VA to northern Ohio so I'm no stranger to them being slow about this sorta deal. FINGERS CROSSED.

So, LevelUp accidentally sent me a second order of the book (signed, sketched, with all the goodies), and they've let me keep it. Shall we start the bidding at, say, $100?

(I keed, I keed. Seriously though, if anyone wants it, drop me a line and we can sort something out. Shipping's expensive if you're outside Aus, though, cheapest for US/UK is $20, and that's going via sea mail)

Limited edition. Personally I'll just take my softcover and nail some pieces of wood to it.
