Yeah, a little late by now, but it's an Ethereal Breath of the Dying Be(Z)erker Axe from Diablo 2.

Anywho, I'm surprised no DBZ fanboy/girl has praised the Spirit Bomb yet. Anyone remember when that aired? It took like half a year, and the whole time he's just standing there with his arms in the air. Any bad guy worth his salt would have at least looked up at some point.
