Oh, I got a few of these.

Superhero name: Notitiurge.
Power: Mind-reading, Perfect photographic memory, enhanced vision allowing extremely fast reading, enhanced intelligence.
Signature Outfit: Comfortable dress robes with many hidden pockets.
Strengths: Information processing, staying ahead of enemies, not being there when his base of operations is being attacked.
Weaknesses: Physically weak.
Description of Power: It all results in him knowing what's going on wherever he puts his attention, as he had all the information that's to be had and he's able to process it, thus being able to respond accordingly. Though, while it's hard to get the drop on him, he's physically unimpressive when you do.
