City. Maybe on the fringe of it, but I like my places of commerce to be close by.

I've lived in cities all my life, but Dutch cities tend to not be so huge. I like having everything I need close by and I've never been more than 10 minutes walking distance from a reasonable city center.

Living near the coast has always been a big thing for me and a few years ago I decided that, if at all possible, I won't ever move more than 10 kilometers away from it. I like going there in the summer and taking it easy, drinking some nice drinks and walk with my feet in the water.
In winter I like how the sea is rough and roaring with the wind whipping around me.

Another advantage is that there'll always be a forrested area in the dunes where I can go on long walks with my dog.
