AWKWARD ZOMBIE

Everyone knows reality is worse than games, they will be runers that move faster than any zombie you have ever heard about.

Um, my survival kit would just be either whats in my house, or what was up at my old job. Both had enough wepons to keep us alive from zombies for a long time, they have enough water and food, good spots for keeping zombies out, annd above all else, i know the layout so i wouldnt take a wrong turn. My old job would be better, it had more guns and more bullets. by the way my old job was a bible camp cook.

Everyone knows zombies aren't scientifically possible.

Zombies are dead people. That's basic, and accepted in (nearly) every zombie story ever.

Dead people experience something called rigor mortis. Approximately 3 hours after death, they start getting stiff. At about 12 hours, they're completely stiff. You know, slang for corpses. "Stiffs".

Not to mention decay, which would happen extremely quickly in warm to hot environments. Granted it'd be slower in colder environments, but then they would just freeze solid due to not generating any body heat.

After the 12 hour mark the rigor mortis stops and at around 72 hours its gone completely.

That's three days to get away from the zombies and for them to decay and fall apart.

So if there ever WAS a zombie apocalypse, it'd be a very short one.

I honestly can't tell if this is a serious discussion or not.

Now that I can agree on if we're talking about the creepers.

"Real zombies" or not though, in a 28 Days Later scenario we're all pretty much up the creek without a boomstick.

In the Zombie Survival Guide, which lists the Solanum virus as the cause behind zombification, the virus and any body it infects is treated as incredibly toxic, so much so that the bacteria that causes decay dies off. In other words, a walking human corpse wouldn't rot away for months or even years (assuming you accept Max Brooks' scenario).

What if, and i know they technacly aren't zombies, but bodies were infected by a paricite9like RE4 and 5). that would make the zombies using a fully live body, having all the speed and strength of a normal person. Also what if they were virus zombies that aren't dead, the virus just makes people want to infect other people/ eat brains? in real life the only posibility is the virus on a live human. it would mess up the brain, and as we know brains can be minipulated and messed up, with addictions it changes the brain a little.

Also one question for you people, did you notice where i said i would like to be for a zombie invation? My bible camp had mroe than enough wepons to fend off a zombie invation, there was also a guy pulling off soup can(small) shots with iron sights from 100 yards away. There were, i think, about 16 guns up there. 6 assult rifles, 4 shot guns, 1 automatic(he had his license to own it), and 5 pistols. we also had all the melee wepons we needed, including 3 swords, unknown amounts of bats, plenty of frying pans and guitars(lol L4D joke), knifes, and pretty much any physical wepon you can defend your self with. Best place for a strong hold. It is out in the woods, but when our numbers dwindled we could always take the boat on the river, or use the trucks we had to get out. We always had plenty of food to live off of, and manny water bottles for clean water to go. Remember this is a bible camp.

The fact that you're suggesting that such a parasite (one to make us want to eat brains or something retarded like zombies are supposed to do) could even exist is silly.

Maybe not brains, but if you destroy coordination and memory portions of the brain, you may have somthing that, if angered, could be close to a zombie.
