Actually, in French when the object of a sentence is a pronoun such as 'you' or 'him,' the pronoun goes before the verb.

So, Ame tried to say, "When I see you want to test* something..." and 'see' was left out, he just said, 'when I want you to test something..." Still, the result doesn't make much sense.

*Babelfish may have misled you again on this one, Yoshi. It may directly translate to 'to test', but usually essayer means 'to try.' Who knew learning a foreign language would be so hard?
