One thing I've noticed is that I can put my body through a lot more abuse. Spend 4 days drinking and partying, hitting the gym inbetween, got up at 6 today to go to class and take a test after two hours of sleep, spend the afternoon drinking again before hitting the gym and I feel good as new after a short nap and a shower.

All this alcohol is probably going to ruin my gains though.

Started adding in pull ups and dips to my workout. Already seem to see more progression in my lats. Wanted to do 3 x 10 pullups, but my form starts failing so I end up doing something like 10-8-6 and then some assisted pull ups to compensate.

Weight gain seems to have stalled again. I can reach 80kg but if I ease up a day or two on eating I immediately drop back down to 77-78 kg (obviously this has to do with water weight and such, but still, my weight isn't progressing).
