Some folks have it worse than others. Some have it so bad their doctor actually prescribes The Pill to make them less painful.

I've been blessed with fairly uneventful periods. I'll usually have one bad cramp, one emotional episode, and then back pain for a few days, but that's it.

So it turns out I have minor case of scoliosis, starts with a 'ph' if I remember correct. My mom made such a big deal about it and "In the Philippines we sleep on hard ground to keep our backs straight" and stuff and then criticizing my posture which I've always tried to keep great.

Now I feel really uncomfortable, and my back feels imbalanced because of it.

Do you mean kyphosis?

In any case, you can tell your mother that spinal malformations on the level of scoliosis don't arise from poor posture. Also, I'm pretty sure sleeping on a flat, hard surface is very bad for your back.

I hear really conflicting ideas about that, some people say that its good for your back to sleep on hard surfaces, others say soft surfaces is better. Its like any other health tip, no one really has any goddamn clue

Depends on the surface. If you use a thin mat, it helps

Ah, yes, kyphosis. Welp, I'll deal with it one way or another.

The odd thing is that my back doesn't have a hunch or something...

i have minor scoliosis (and minor lordosis as well,) and you couldn't really tell on me either. it's juuuust bad enough to make me need to see the chiro at least once a month or i'm in lots of pain :<

it's only REALLY bad cases of scoliosis (like, you need surgery NOW cases) that cause hunches or twisted people. most people who have it just have it very minor and need chiropractic care to maintain it, and not much more.

So some people say duct tape on a wart works well, others say that warts tend to disappear for no reason and the duct tape is just a placebo. I've had this wart for a couple years now, so it's not going anywhere. Time to see if duct tape actually does anything.

Some warts I had on my feet definitely got weaker from duct tape, though it was acid that actually did them in.

Also, I just shaved my pubic hair for the first time. Is there a better to do it than just going at it with a razor? Also wow this was the worst idea I've ever had in the summer.

Wax it. <- An idea that's worse.
And at least you didn't do it during the winter.
