Bought some new weights recently. I got tired of paying for gym, so I bought heavier stuff to work out with at home. Got a bit more definition I think.

I haven't touched any weights in a while but I have been running lately and it's honestly great. I need to eat more and lift in order to get to where I want to be, but at least I'm doing enough to feel physically better for now.

Keep up the good work Stranger!

It's been 2 months so I figured I might as well post a progress update.

Going to stop increasing my caloric intake now, don't want to bulk up too much with summer getting closer.

Still need to get rid of some bodyfat that I managed to strategically hide behind my forearm.
If you started at low bodyfat you have it good. Took way too long to get down to those amounts and according to research it takes a good while for your body to get used to it and not just increase your fat too much when you're bulking again.
