3/4ths of the payday crew + a bill that was the nicest dude ever and was so hype about playing payday after we told him he makes a cameo in the first game

we really didn't take a lot of pics.......there honestly weren't a huge number of cosplays there compared to anime cons, and we were so busy panel-hopping all weekend we didn't really get a chance. i actually like MET people though, and hung out with them!! and it was pretty cool. we almost never talk to people at cons but the atmosphere at sgc was very different from other cons i've been to. I legitimately did not want to leave.

it was also a lot of fun experiencing how people treated me when i was dressed as a man and in a mask - there were a lot of double-takes, and one mom who was standing behind me at an arcade cabinet that gave me the most shocked/disgusted look when i turned around and she saw my face omg priceless

i also was asked to take a selfie with/by a random middle-aged woman who seemed to have had a few wines and who was not a part of the con at all, just someone who was on a business trip walking through the skyway. yep.

Once my parents are back from France we will start amassing materials for our Chicago comic con cosplay

My little brother is the best little power ranger ever.



When we were walking into the hotel, we passed by a group of guys and they looked at him and said "THAT'S THE RED POWER RANGER! This kid is the red power ranger! That's my boy! You are awesome! You're so awesome!" And a couple high fived him. It was great seeing him feel really cool and popular. He really likes going to anime conventions now.
