That would make a nice idea, specially when you say you want to have it connect with the old story plot. You could say there's some magic teleporter in the water temple or something which transports people there.

The old story should be over. This may be a sequel, but let's just say everyone went home and is now off the moon. If we just continue this thread, it will probably not get a real start and remain dead.

It isn't that I'm against connecting this to the moon thing, it's that I'm worried it will just die immediately if we do.

Although, I suppose we may as well do an epilogue or something for each of our characters to better wrap up this moon saga.
