Also dont think im in cahoots with Runes, im just giving a opinion if i were in his shoes.

I've been in this position too. I genuinely think he's just trying to defend himself because he's innocent. It's what I'd do; and the fact that this appears to be the case:

No defense = "Well he's not arguing let's lynch him"
or Defending himself = "OMG HE'S TRING TO SAVE FACE LYNCH HIM"

Is probably stressing him the fuck out and not helping any with his situation. I would know because, again, I was in this situation last game.

Last game I was ultimately lynched because I couldn't defend myself and I had shown that I was not using my power role in a constructive way.

I also tried to defend my position with the evidence that was already stated. I believe I can identify a person who is trying to defend their life and has nothing to hide next to a person who is exclusively trying to defend their life and redirect attention.
Runes, you are trying to redirect the issue, claiming it is an nonconstructive random lynch, when really, you have given us enough shakiness under SPAM's pressure to cement you as the most suspicious person so far.

But the difference is, we're not lynching him "on a hunch." He lied, he's all over the place, he's accusing anyone who suspects him. If he were really just a villager he wouldn't be this vehement about defending himself, because an unimportant person would be out of the way for the late game.

I'm not quite sure what to think. I'm worried about the crazy clockmaker, who is probably trying to keep all attention off of themselves since they need to live until they get to 12 to win. Also, there's the cult leader, which is a similar predicament

I can bet, if anything, Runes is probably not the clockmaker or the cult leader, or else he's playing that role horribly.

But yeah, we have three antagonistic forces going on guys, keep in mind that these other roles are out there and left unchecked, they could not only win themselves, but also help the mafia thin us out faster.

So far Runes is so over the place, I can see him being mafia freaking out because he was caught or innocent and flipping out when someone points the finger at him. If he's innocent, we're one step closer to losing, but if he's guilty, that's one less thing to worry about.

I'm just not sure how to vote right now. :/
