I have night terrors.
I have a nightmare that I can't remember afterwards, then I wake up screaming as loud as I can. I am aware of this and am awake at this point, but I can't stop screaming for about... 15-60 seconds.

I hope you don't get them too often. I felt pretty bad for anyone who has it when I first heard about them. Their family too.

I have something that's kinda the opposite. I get sleep paralysis. Which is something like one's mind waking up but the body staying asleep. Because you feel like you're being pinned down by a big weight, you start hallucinating and making up creatures that are pinning you down.

That sounds about accurate - thinking about it I have a pretty similar body style to her and I'm a 34D and my tiddies are about the size of hers in proportion. Nice to see a lady on the larger side that ISN'T entirely for fanservice!
