There was a big problem with these drinks in the States. I'm not sure exactly which liquors and energy drinks were mixed, but teenagers were making alchohol/energy drink mixes, and the buzz from the energy drinks would make the kids feel like they weren't drunk and they'd end up driving home and doing other reckless things.
I like vodka mixtures. Aside from a generic sour apple margarita, the only memorable drink I had was some Hennessey cognac.
As for manly men, I gotta say, one man that utterly capture manliness for me is Jeremy Irons. Even at 63, that man can take me any day.
