FFX SPOILERS
Anyways, here's Yunalesca from FFX. While not the final boss, she's the one who built up the entire religion of Yu Yevon and began the cycle of summoners sacrificing their lives and that of a guardian to perform the Final Aeon and "defeat" Sin. However, she also knows that such a method will never permanently destroy Sin, but will kill any summoner that refuses to complete the cycle. In combat she uses a ton of magic, including status disabilities, Zombie followed by powerful Cure spells, and the ever-popular Mega Death that will one-shot the party if one isn't left as a zombie. Oh, and she's not human, but rather closer to a Fiend because she's gone unsent for so long, binding her spirit to the world.

Sorry, Madican, but a Final Fantasy IV was already used! You are eliminated!

Xel'lotath, from Eternal Darkness.
She is an Ancient, a reality-defying creature from another dimension. She has female features, is voiced by both Jennifer Hale and Kim Mai Guest, and has human-like arms. If the player picks Xel'lotath' essence at the start of the game, she will be the main antagonist during the playthrough. A being of pure insanity, she wants to be brought into our dimension and take over our world. When she fights by herself, she uses illusions and magic bolts.

FF IV and X are within the same series. However, Megaman X, Zero, and ZX are all spin offs of the original series.

And that's really all there is to say.

Berkana from Megaman Xtreme 2!
Megaman Xtreme 2 is a spinoff of the MMX series, and has X and Zero investigating mysterious circumstances surrounding Lacuz Island. They find Berkana and her knight, Gareth responsible for all sorts of bad dealings and whatnot. Berkana is the final boss for X's story, and Zero takes on Gareth, but Berkana's pretty much pulling the strings behind everything. She fight's using various projectiles and she's a reploid, an android of a sort.
