I just rammed a whale head into a door

>You turn into a bird and fly up to the podium. The podium looking thing turns out to be some sort of control panel, buttons n' switches n' whatnot adorning it's metally surface. A rather large red button catches your eye.
What will you do?

The box begins shaking violently. There's a loud hiss and a single line splits the box vertically. Steam pours out from the line filling the room. Within seconds the room becomes a sauna.
What do you do?

>wait until steam clears, if something threatening appears, disguise self as fly

You glide down to the ground floor and wait for the steam to clear. After about a minute the hissing stops. All you hear is the sea sloshing against the ship from outside. The steam has blanketed everything in the room. Suddenly there's a loud Clang! Then another teeth rattling clang followed by the sound of scraping metal. The steam slowly begins to fade and a titanic shadow appears through the steam.
What do you do?

>HIDE or turn into a small creature the thing will dismiss as nothing

>You turn into a wasp and flit about trying to find a hiding spot. You find a crevice on the wall and stuff yourself in. The steam clears and the monolithic shadow reveals itself as some kind of robot. A heavily armored humanlike torso sitting atop large tank treads it's arms bristling with cannons and machine guns. Judging by the Olive green paint job and the white star on it's shoulders it looks 'merican. It's not moving though.
How do you proceed?

>investigate mech to see if there is a cockpit, if there is, climb in and man that motherfucker, if not, leave

>You leave the safety of your little cranny and buzz on over to the machination. You flit about searching for a way in and find a hatch on it's back. You turn into back to normal and manage to open it. You find a cockpit with a comfy leather chair and something resembling a mechwarrior controller. A little switch glows with the words startup below it.
What do you do?

The seat leans back and it flies out the hatch with in you in it. Three doors appear in the walls and slowly begin to rise
