So this test video from the third Team ICO game was unearthed

I'm a little disappointed. Sure, I read somewhere that this is year old test footage, so the kid will probably look less like shit in the final product, but it seems to missing a lot of the things that I loved about SoTC. I guess I was just expecting something a little different.

Why does everyone I know think that anime and Japanese games are stupid when they're the exact same as stuff from the west, except they are cultural and have an actual storyline to them?
I mean, anime shows are the ONLY serious adult cartoon out there, and even people that like drama and stuff don't like them!

Anyway, you're right. Actually, I guess it has three reasons :
- the style is clearly different, and people who aren't used to something don't TRY to get used to it;
- DragonBall is the only thing they have in mind, and they only there is "oh my god I am gonna break your jaw in pieces"; they only believe there are just stupid fights and that, when it's actually deeper. But they IGNORE;
- it's an economical rant too, because mangas arrived on the market recently and became VERY DEMANDED for it was a new and interesting medium.
I think it's what it is. Partly.
