It'd be silly of Batman not to give themself the batarang first night, in which case Angleic must have seemed hella suspicious to whoever's Batman. Though considering how strange that is I think it's still possible someone who wasn't Batman got the batarang and used it as a distraction today, to either throw suspicion on guy or lead us all into confusion. The two who were on the chopping block before it was thrown were Reyo and Kamak, so they're the ones we know had something to gain. A potential third party might have thrown it to make those two seem all the more suspicious as well, or (if they're mafia/zsasz/joker) to dive Batman out to explain the choice, though that's a bit of a stretch at this point.
Also Kamak, you never answered my question.
The only issue I have is that Batman could have been outed by throwing the batarang, and then they're hooked while the mafia looks for the inventor (who would probably give vests to Batman). If Batman indeed gave the first one to himself, it's pretty stupid to nearly out himself on the first day on a risky hunch (especially now that it's resulted in having a dead doctor).
Anyways, I didn't answer your question because Runes basically answered what I would have said. The Joker doesn't have to give me the bomb directly in order for me to get my hands on the bomb. Anyone with the bomb can throw it my way (though I'm sure the mafia will be tossing it to other town members to try to kill power roles).
If a townperson gets a bomb, I'd much rather they toss it to me to clear up any confusion. If someone tosses it to me, I can't pass it to someone else without looking scummy. Additionally, no role benefits from having the joker bomb blow them up. The Joker is immune to it, but it will out them.
I wouldn't mind a vanilla town holding onto the bomb, but at this point, they're hiding their role from the mafia and making it harder to hit power roles, so I'd rather them not die.
Me on the other hand, I'm a liability to the town. The only way people can know my true colors is if I'm killed somehow other than the town lynch. Gordon can't even determine if I'm really scum or miller.
The joker bomb is my best chance at proving my innocence, and, provided the bomb doesn't go off before someone can hand it to me, we can provent losing a power role tomorrow if I get it.
So am I scum or miller? Either way, the bomb will determine it decisively.

Wait wait wait, didn't you tell us you were a vanilla ? And now you tell us you're important ? I don't understand.
I think he's joking, but it's kinda dumb to joke that way. In any case, Reyo's kinda weird to me right now.
