So there's this girl.... (stereotypical post go)
I've been talking with her for a while, and I'm not sure when to try and actually ask her out
It's not a confidence thing (which isn't to say that's not an issue, it's just not the main issue), it's that I'm not sure I'll ever actually have a chance to go on a date.
I can't drive or anything, and my parents aren't really the type to drive me somewhere for a date.

I'm figuring I'll just wait until prom or something, but is there some superior, established way to do this?

EDIT: Oh whoops I just made a serious post, better talk about dicks in an edit to make up for it
