I don't see why requests need to be 'claimed' as such - sure people can say if they're doing them but more than one person can take a pop at a request, yeah?

I thought the whole point of the draw threads was that some drawfag wants to draw things so they say hey guys give me things to draw and I will draw them yes sir

this sort of seems back to front with people saying hey anybody, draw me this

No; Sometimes an artist is at a loose end for something to draw - perhaps some inspiration - and comes into this thread looking for ideas or something to draw outside of their usual fare.

Also, in this kind of thread it is the artist that gets to pick and choose what they draw - which might be only one, two or three pieces - instead of being bombarded by hundreds of requests all at once.

You should also add the drawing(s) to the first post (under a link) next to the request that was made for it (them), specifying who drew it (them).

Great Handsome Oppressor that's what I was talking about when I said I'd update the OP once my laptop is done being a tool. Just so happens it's easier to edit in text than pictures on an iPod. :B
