Power: Guns
Signature Outfit: Jeans, t-shirt, PANK slippers
Strengths: Hurts people with his gun
Weaknesses: Limited number of bullets
Description of Power: Shoots a gun that launches bullets into people, can be fatal

Name: Black Cat
Power: Horrifically bad luck...sort of. And reincarnation.
Signature Outfit: Whatever she was wearing the last time she died. This doesn't change much.
Strengths: Complete disregard for death or serious injury in favor of curbstomping, biting, just being a huge annoyance to villains because of her inability to be stopped for long.
Weaknesses: She dies a lot. This is an understatement.
Description of Power: Black Cat doesn't so much have bad luck as she siphons it from nearby people, negating their misfortune and adding it all to hers. Get her around a majorly populated area and she'll be smeared on the city bus in about ten seconds. An apartment building she'll get electrocuted in five. And within a few seconds to minutes, depending on how much of her body is left, she'll respawn. In addition, if she is locked in something that restricts her freedom, be it coma or cell, something kills her. No one knows what, but considering how her head explodes it's pretty nasty.

Superhero name: Black Panther
That was before I knew that already a superhero with this name exists, but my hero is a literal black panther
Powers: Imagine a black panther, now only a bit stronger. I guess you can say superhuman strength, but nothing too big (like stopping trains or something). Also can fall from very great heights without taking damage, loudless sneaking and very good vision in the darkness.
Outfit: Here I drew a sort of first reference thing

The original idea spark came from Cat Woman, I intended this 'hero' to be some sort of crime fighter, while also being a super thief. But after drawing him and (attempting at) giving him an outfit, he just became a good guy troughout.

Superhero name: Tantibus

Power: Sleep Manipulation

Signature outfit: Prefers not to stick to simply one set of clothes, although he does prefer jeans.

Strengths: He often manifests nightmares to not just attack but also to unnerve the enemy.

Weaknesses: Can still be woken by others and is vulnerable while sleeping (if nightmares aren't conjured or defeated). Dies from anything a human would (if it's not instant, he may be able to sleep and regenerate)

Description of power: He can induce sleep in himself or others, wake himself up when he wants and he regenerates slowly while asleep (serious injuries would take days or weeks of sleeping to regenerate). He manifests nightmares in the real world although this is limited to his own nightmares. He can give others nightmares but they can't be harmed by this.

I based this character's concept on an existing superpower but the power doesn't have many famous users. One of those with power similar to this would be Hypnos, the greek god. I've also limited the power so he won't be too powerful.

Power: Complete control of the four classical elements, Immortality through feeding, Induce Fear
Signature Outfit: Long, black, flowing robes in which the hood overshadows half of his face
Strengths: Subtlety, Longevity, Fear
Weaknesses: Subject to the weaknesses of the undead, Very fragile in a physical fight without any powers, Must consume the souls of the fallen to preserve his immortality
Description: The Reaper is a neutral party, and seeks only to preserve himself and by extension the balance of the world. Wherever there is a lethal battle taking place, he will be there to even the odds. If one side is overpowering the other, he will kill an amount of people to level the field. When someone is killed by him, they release their souls for him to collect in a sort of flask. He can and must consume these souls so that he may live on. His robe will become increasingly tattered and frayed at the edges as he nears mortality. Any human without strengthened eyes (like Superman or Cyclops) will become frozen in fear if they look upon him. He can, however turn this ability off at will.

Power: Suggestion, Persuasion
Description: a neutral informant who acquires information for the highest bidder. Exudes a unique telekinetic field that allows her great skill in persuasion. When not on this job she works as a professor of language at a prestigious college, and is highly skilled in language and foreign languages. Just in case things fall through (though they rarely do), she is skilled in firearms and snake-style martial arts.
Weaknesses: Having no other powers, she is vulnerable to anything that might harm a normal human. She also has trouble manipulating other psychics, especially mind readers.
Physical Appearance: a tall black british woman in a long dress.

This isn't my superhero persona but it is a good idea.

Power: High electrical resistance
Signature Outfit: Executioner's hood, black pants, black rubber apron and rubber boots
Strengths: Electrical executioner's axe
Weaknesses: Anything that could kill a normal person, save for electricity
Description of power: He shocks the bad guys with his mighty axe

Name: Percy Adkins, codename Requiem
Powers: Shadow Manipulation and solidification, Demonic Compact
Description: Being only 15, Percy seems to be a normal kid. However, he has entered into contract with a demon with some cool eldritch name I can't come up with on the flyin order to fight crime after his sister was killed by a crime lord years ago. Donning a sorcerer's garb with a large hood, he teams up with other heroes I can't be assed to create in order to rid the town of corruption. his compact requires that he never speak of how he got his powers, and because of it, Requiem is essentially immortal, though he can be killed.

I came up with a guy who's a modification of one of my existing characters but I stopped short of posting his profile because I may end up using him in a story sometime.
