@betrippin: just because a lot of stupid people keep calling a trilby a fedora doesn't make it true. i mean, a lot of people also say twilight is a good series

Because people cannot tell the difference because it has been bastardized so badly. I own both a trilby and fedora, they are both different. Get enough people saying one thing is something else and then it's like trying to stop the tide.

I would like to get a real fedora sometime, for the sole reason that the wider brim would keep snow from falling into my eyes. Seriously, whenever I wear my trilby and it's snowing, the snowflakes fly down into my face. Not cool, man. Not cool.

i only wear my trilby when dressing up anymore, the fedora is just my dad's. Its a nice trilby to, wool and polyester, not cheap either. I think my dad got the fedora in spain or greece.

I like Lolita, but not the dresses that have every inch covered in ruffles and bows and frills (aka sweet Lolita I guess). Some of the plainer dresses, with a few accents, are my favorites.

Not that I'd ever be confident enough to wear Lolita. I'd probably just look stupid.

If I could, I'd be wearing Victorian or early 20th century suits, as such things were classy as all shit.

Sadly such clothing is no longer socially acceptable or practical, and I'm lazy so I just wear jeans and a t-shirt. Maybe a light jacket when the DEVASTATINGLY MILD CHILL OF FLORIDIAN WINTER KICKS IN.

I myself love both of them! Why are women's clothes so much better than men's?
Also, I'm wondering if I may just be a bit too confident about how I'd look in them...
