I'm actually a little sad by that. Part of what made Stewie interesting was the consistent ambiguity about his sexuality.

Now that they have come right out and sad that he's gay, that destroys a bit of his character that made him so fun. It's a bit eh...

Actually on that note, I liked his character better before they decided to make him gay. Back in the really early episodes where he was just plain evil genius, without any real hint of femininity or homosexuality. Stewie rarely, if ever, uses his evil genius anymore.

This does lead to questions about, ya know... The very numerous episodes, and hell even the MOVIE where the primary plot was him chasing after a woman with no hint of sexual awkwardness (other than being a virgin)

I liked Family Guy...for the first three episodes...

I mean, the thought of Stewie, at first, trying to take over the world (originally Chris Ware's idea; way to go Seth) was funny. The thought of him expressing sexuality now is really not funny.

Family Guy's jokes run on too long, anyway. The animation sucks, too.
