AWKWARD ZOMBIE

OH GOD I THOUGHT OF ANOTHER ONE, WHO MADE THIS THREAD

I really hate saying excuse me to people when I need to get past them, not because I'm to be rude, but because I don't want to be an annoyance and interrupt whatever they're doing. I usually just try to sidle past them, but I usually end up bumping into them and they give me weird looks.

I tend to hog the computer all day and give constant excuses for why "I'll get off later".

I interrupt people while they're talking. I usually catch myself halfway through my sentence and apologize, but by then I've already cut them off and look like a dick.

I also can't handle my emotions that well, so I get attached to things really easily.

I can't emotions and feelings.
I have a short temper and I get passive-aggressive easily.
I'm also super lazy.

I worry over every minute decision I have to make. What should I wear? Should I go to this party? Should I shower now or tomorrow morning? Should I go home and get something before I go to work? What time should i go to bed?

I can't just decide something and be done with it, I have to second guess and it causes me so much stress.

I do nothing. I do absolutely nothing. The closest I get to being productive is when I bake or cook, which is actually not often.
Every day, all day, I do nothing.
I am a burden, basically.

I overthink things horribly and worry about things when there's no reason to do so

Well, they say the first steps to improvement is to identify whats wrong. Maybe I'm just being overly optimistic though.

understanding how you can improve yourself is one thing but wallowing in negativity is another

I see it as just another offshoot of the Piss You Off Thread (aka the dump your complaints here thread).

at least for me, it's kind of cathartic to berate myself publicly

i mean that doesn't necessarily make it healthy but i do sometimes feel better about it. also for years i tried to ignore my flaws so i try to look at it more like 'well at least i KNOW i have a problem so now i can try to fix it'

Not being able to take action on things I would really like doing and chalking it up to pure laziness.

God this is going to become like, my favorite thread.



I'm kind of a bad twisted version of this. I'm creative enough to come up with a solution (or at least I know of a way to solve the problem that I've seen before), but I'm afraid my solution will either be wrong (resulting in headaches and someone having to fix it for me) or that it'll seem weird and I'll have to explain myself and do it the "proper" way anyways.

So instead I end up being the person who asks a lot of questions on almost every step because I SHOULD be able to figure it out on my own, but if I screw up, it's going to cause more problems. Had a really bad habit of doing this in Chemistry but then again, it's kinda better to ask questions than to mix shit "haphazardly".
