The doctor nods once again, "Alright. that'll be all." He says, heading for the curtained door. "Somepony managed to fish your things out of the water. I did what I could to make them rad-free. They should be safe to use, I think." He said,hoofing you your satchel. inside, you find a pair of brass ponyshoes and a Stealth-Buck, as well as a supply of Healing Potions, a 10mm Pistol with 3 magazines worth of ammo, and 150 bottle caps, all safe and sound. "Here are your clothes back too. Had to take them off to get them, and you, clean." He explained, passing over a bundle of light clothing. "Don't worry about payment, the owner of this fine establishment told me he'll take it out of my tab. Speaking of which, he'd like to have a word with you." The doctor said, opening the cell door. "He's probably downstairs, smoozing the tables. You can't miss the guy. Trust me, you can't." The doctor nudged you out of his room, closing the door behind you. "Oh. and welcome to Diamond Point. Enjoy your stay."

Upon further inspection, it seems every cell door is locked, save for one. When you open the door, a small wooden creature that appears to be in flames pounces upon you, pinning you the ground, burning you lightly with it's touch.

My reasoning is that this will either result in doing a good deed, or killing a fire imp.
