Anyway, you can buy a box of these cards for like $40 (what the hell) on places like Etsy and whatever, OR you can go to OfficeDepot.com, design them yourself, and get a box of 100 for about $7.50.

Similar to the above, my friend bought a notepad that has a list of several "car violations." Examples are: bad parking job, dirty car, too many bumper stickers, owns a hummer, and "Nothing's wrong, just wanted to leave a note. "

You check off whichever one is applicable, maybe leave some comments, and then tear it off and stick it under the guy's wiper blade. Guy comes back thinking he has a ticket, but not. It's a fun, harmless way to be passive-aggressive, I guess.

As for where to get them, we got them at a specialty stationery store nearby, so I'm not sure where you can find them outside of here.

Eh, I kinda hate stuff like that because who really wants to find a stupid note on their car for whatever reason.

I got a note for bad parking once because I was squeezed into a spot by some asshole who took up a third of my space, and someone left me a note bitching that I made parking for them hell because I was an "inconsiderate mouth-breathing troglodyte".

I find if you have the time to be an indirect asshole to someone you don't even know for circumstances you also don't quite know, you have too much time on your hands.

And also, someone once fucked up my windshield wiper putting a flyer on my windshield so I really don't like people touching my car for stupid reasons.

When I worked as a cart pusher I greatly enjoyed having the people putting flyers on cars get chased off by security.
