I do wish the name of the Unimportant Topics was fixed bbut opinions.

The Other Webcomics, Unsounded, and MSPA threads have all been moved to the Media Swamp.

All right, OK, so that'll just throw me off for the next year or so, but cool.

Yeah, mega threads get pretty pointless pretty quickly.

I like the general threads. Maybe General Game Gabbin' could be more easily sorted into other threads but if Unimportant Topics wasn't there, the unimportant stuff would just fill the other threads. I like having a more general chat area.

We should have specific topics for specific things that need a topic (like MSPA), things that'd only go on for like a page or 3 can go in a general topic.

having General Game topics are kind of nice if you want to talk about a specific thing in general. (like general fighting, general RPG, general dating sim)


I kind of forget the point I was trying to make... I've had both too much and too little sleep and I shouldn't be typing right now.

I think the games general is fine because otherwise we'd have like 200 1-3 page threads for every single game, if talk about the game lasts awhile I think then it's okay to make a thread.

But what's wrong with 1-3 pages threads?

If there's 200 of them and people keep making them for every game, the videogames section isn't gonna be neat and easy to browse.

That doesn't help when people insist on using "witty" thread titles that make a joke instead of saying the name of the game. Unless that is gonna start being enforced.

You could always just post a witty thread title and put the game's name in parenthesis after it.

I usually edit thread about a game that don't have the game's name in the title to add it (like the PSASBR thread), but I don't always think about it.

General Game Gabbing should stay because people can talk about several games at once. Like "hey I'm playing [this] and [that]," they can talk about gaming news, the industry, etc. We aren't a business, we don't need a comprehensive organization system, that'll just make browsing topics inconvenient because there'll be too much shit to sift through.

It ain't broke so I hope no one tries to fix it.
