Write this in the command prompt:
wmic
diskdrive get status

If it says anything else than "Status" and "OK" you have an issue with the drives. It might not actually be the drives, but there is still something wrong with them.

That rules out the disks.
It's unlikely to be a memory or CPU issue as you would most likely be experiencing boot failures and BSOD.
It might be the storage controller acting up. There aren't really any good ways to test for that as far as I know.
I would give a reinstall a shot. You say it happened after you installed some software, so getting rid of everything might be the solution.

I can't open up uninstallers or anything because of the computer not letting me open anything as an admin.
I can't even open up System restore.

It seems like a Reset is the only thing I can do.
Geez, why did this have to happen on my new pc? I have never had any problems whatsoever with laptops.

Not doing it until the weekend though. I've been waiting all day to get on my games and my PC still lets me do that.

You could try doing a restore during bootup. Not sure what OS you're running, so here's guides for windows 7/8/10.

http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/ ... =bsd&cs=04

http://pcsupport.about.com/od/windows-8 ... dows-8.htm

From the advanced startup menu, just click around until you find system restore. You could also try booting into safe mode and doing things.

I'll experiment around a bit on the weekend.
Also it's possible it might be something to do with my Nvidia.

I recently read somewhere that someone was having problems with something installed for Nvidia, it's possible this may have started when I started updating drivers and stuff for Nvidia.

This is my first gaming pc and I've never had anything like nvidia before, so it's possible that it is the reason.

How do I change a directory for something? I have a new drive I intend to use as my main drive, but since that causes the old one to rename to F:, I can't access my stuff.

Do you mean change the drive letter? Go to Disk Management.

Wait, that's all I gotta do? Well, daisies. I thought I had to go to each program's properties and change it, which is why I didn't really attempt it. That sounds like it'd take a few seconds, at most.

With computers it seems to always be like that. Things like that, that seem like they'd be complicated end up being really easy. And something simple, like setting up a dual-screen wallpaper can take a while to figure out.

Well, this is weird.
You know all those problems I'd been having.
Today my computer was taking ages to load up so I force shut it down.
When I started it back up, everything was working again.

My computer did the thing again.
I Force shut it off.
Turn it back on, it installs updates?

Apparently my computer can't seem to install updates properly and when it gets them downloaded that might be what causes the problems.
