if you're using porn to "increase your knowledge" then you should definitely rethink your approach.

I can understand cutting back for that reason, but cutting it out entirely is pretty...dumb for lack of a better word. You won't be able to enjoy it if you cum right out of the gate.

^ This. Holding off is probably gonna hurt you more than help you in the long run. Males are like pressure valves, and when you can't release the pressure shit gets fucked up. Holding off for a short amount of time (like a day or two) can be fine and feel better for you but going weeks and weeks...is not that good.

Trust me your ladyfriends will appreciate it if nothing else.
