Okay I'm gonna sound dumb but what the hell is fluff and why does it sound like something i put on a cake or something

Fluff is unnecessary crap that basically adds to the word count but not the content. It generally slows down the story with things like purple prose ("her radiant flawless ivory skin accentuated her lilac and rose colored eyes as her pupils enlarged slightly in shock at the amazing sight that was in front of her..." And this would be considered not much fluff).

It sometimes goes hand in hand with insistent wording (where the writer would constantly comment on the character's radiant skin or purple eyes, like the reader forgot about them),and repetitiveness in general. It's generally frowned upon to fluff your stories too much. No fluff and you have a boring skeleton of a story. It'll get you from point A to point B, but everything is pretty much left to the reader to imagine themselves. Too much fluff, though, and it can be a boring grind of endless heaps of adjectives. Can be a bit jarring when the story suddenly stops to go into full fluff mode to describe a location or character with a few paragraphs.

Okay then according to that my teachers always told us to fluff the FUCK out of everything we write.

I would link a blog that amasses those kinds of things but I'm unsure if that's allowed.
It's nothing graphic, it's all just written, but it's still written smut.

She usually doesn't even read it for the smut (seeing as most of it seems to have been learned from the "ram two dolls into each other repeatedly" school of sex writing), the best part for her is seeing how strange people get with basic ideas and how bad they are at storytelling (like someone going from being straight with a girlfriend to sucking off a guy in 3 seconds) while giving the impression that they actually tried making the story entertaining.

I mostly just stare in bewilderment at the shit she finds.

Yeah, that's pretty much what that blog is about. It's hilarious to read.
One I remember really well is a pokemon fanfic where Ash has a... intimate relationship with Charizard.

Oh god, I remember one like that too.

What made that one odd (If we're talking about the same one) was that the author made a point to write it "into the canon" of the anime (like between certain episodes), yet Charizard was talking to Ash and saying shit to him like he could always talk. Fucking hilarious.

Let's try to avoid that, yes? I didn't allow a link to CoC, so I think that stuff is out too.

My favorite site to go to for doujins and such has created such a rigorous and ridiculous process for accessing the portion of the site that contains shota, straight shota etc. that it just pisses me off. You have to delete cookies, get a script-blocking add-on and other stuff like that because they think that they'll get sued or arrested or whatever.

The main site has served me well, haven't felt the need to get past the sad panda.

I believe the reason for the convoluted way of entering the site was due to advertisers threatening to pull their ads due to the reasons you listed, not really for legal reasons.
