But rolling right along I'm going to try and step up the difficulty a tad this round

Today's Rule: It's lunchtime on the bridge so today's rule will be your character must eat food. I'll keep what I accept broadened and take any form of it. From full eating animations to clicking on a mysterious wall chicken in your inventory, anything goes. As long as it's actual food though. I will not accept potions, medicines, pills or magic herbs, it must be FOOD

THE BONUS: Your character must appear in some form of media outside of video games. Comics, movies, tv shows you name it. I WILL NOT ACCEPT review videos, faq/wikis/help sites, nintendo power sort of magazines or ANYTHING fanmade. It must be an official work. Note; the media you provide in your entry will be the only one that counts.

Do they have to eat food in the game you play, or is it fine if they have been shown to eat food in other games to a significant degree?

I ask questions and then immediately come up with a better character.

Wario, from Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Note the green costume. Brawl has food items that any character can consume for a decrease in percentage. In Brawl, there are team battles, so anyone on the roster could be an ally.

Wario also appears in a comic printed by Nintendo Power, called Mario Vs. Wario (Issue #44 to be clear). Note, even though Nintendo Power is a magazine, during this time it was printed by Nintendo of America, and as such the comic is an official work.

Sie Kensou as he appears in King of Fighters XIII.
Sie's a KoF regular ofen teaming up with Athena Asamiya and Chin Gentsai. He first appears in Psycho Soldier, an old school computer game, before crossing over to KoF and a multitude of other games. His KoF XIII appearance has him wearing a scarlet headband and an ornate emerald chinese shirt. He's a bit of a goofball, earlier games had him chowdown on a dumpling as a super. The dumpling would either raise his health or cause him to choke, leaving him open for a counterattack. Even if he doesn't have the Dumpling attack it's referenced in most of his appearances. No guns and as for the cross media bit? He appears in the official KoF Pachinko game.

My intent was that the food would be in the game but since the other media rule DOES involve your character so I'll allow it

With the three or more games thing, if we're talking cameos, do they have to be the character, or is an obvious homage or alternate costume for another character count?

It has to be some representation of the character, either playable, NPC even a picture on the wall, but the character must appear in SOME form in all 3+ games, I won't be too picky

Like, I have a character in mind, but they're only actually in two games. The third would be an alternate costume for someone else referencing them. Does that work?

Hmmmm, if it's a DIRECT reference/exact same clothes, then sure, why not

Jade from Beyond Good and Evil. She wears a fuckton of green, does not use guns, she appears in Acadamy of Champions: Soccer, and one of the main characters in the 2008 Prince of Persia has an unlockable outfit that is Jade's clothes. In-game, she eats food to regain health, and has an ally in this pig dude who's name I honestly forget I have not actually played this game only spent several hours researching it. It's got a PC release, even.

I picked "must have a V in the game title or character name", so, Beyond Good and Evil. I also picked that the character had to be female, and I mean it's pretty obvs.

Right then lets see if this is gonna go another round because holy fuck this is getting hard.
