Opa Opa, from Fantasy Zone

Opa Opa is bodaciously the ship so he's not exactly white, he is actually male or at least refereed to as male, and even more confusing is his long lost father, who shows up at the very end as the big bad.
He also can fire bullets/lasers and uses missiles.

Adam Hunter (the black guy on the left), from the beat 'em up sensation Streets of Rage.
As an ex-cop, he left the force to fight crime directly in the streets, with his fists and an assortment of weapons he picks up (bats, pipes, knives, beer bottles…).
He gets kidnapped in the second game, and his little brother, Sammy "Skate" Hunter, teams up with Adam's friends to rescue him.
