AWKWARD ZOMBIE

Sometimes I wake up with erections and honestly it's annoying.
I sometimes jerk it before I go to bed to prevent this.
All I get is painful boners.

I have never experienced that phenomena.

What waking up with an erection or having it hurt?

Both.

You've never had morning wood? Weird, I knows there's some scientific mumbo jumbo bullshit for it but I don't care to explain/look it up.
But getting a boner soon after you've releived yourself isn't the best of feelings.

I get accidental boner if I sit in a certain position sometimes - I think I inadvertently manipulate the flow of blood to that area. It can be awkward if it happens at work.


I also didn't know what Redtube was until just now.

There is no magical bullet Nach. It comes down to self-control.

or just to the opposite:
eat as soon as you have the urge, whenever it may be.
only eat until you aren't hungry

But I'm always hungry.

If you're going that route then take your time eating. Eating at a normal pace means by the time you feel full it's already far past that point. Savor the flavor.

And reach for the healthy stuff. Fruits, veggies (carrots are good), nuts (almonds especially, eat these if nothing else they are FANTASTIC for health) etc.

Take small bites, chew and count to 20 slowly.
