My issue is that the shower head doesn't reach all the way down there, it would just hit my face if it didn't instantly whip around to face the wall whenever I let it go.

Honestly I was under the impression that the TMI thread was supposed to act as that thread. I'm not saying that to say I'm going to take it as an invitation to be more disguising, it just seems backwards from what I thought it was. I went to go check the rules again to look for "no creepy" and saw "anything the proletariats wish to add" so I'm good for it.

Still seems a little backwards.

The TMI thread's original purpose was to talk about bowel movements, and most just use the thread as a place to vent about TMI subjects they need to get off their chests, although some like to treat it as an educational thread about TMI subjects (I personally prefer the latter).

People can be crude when discussing personal matters, but when interacting with one another it's discouraged. We definitely don't want people to be making passes or suggestive comments at one another in this thread - joking or not - because the nature of discussions in this thread can easily result in those comments being misconstrued, causing offense, awkwardness, and other scenarios that are better left avoided.

EDIT: I also wish to add in regards to the "Anything else proletariats wish to add" rule, it's not an excuse for us to make things up on the spot. Just be smart about what you're posting and there shouldn't be any conflicts.
