I really hope there are no problems with the apartment we'll be moving into soon. I just sent them my proof of income, and I remember reading somewhere that they require my income to be a certain amount to be 2x or 3x the rent or something, which may or may not be fulfilled by my single part-time job. Brock from Cockfighting Society fits the requirement easily, but I don't know if that counts since we're roommates and not married. Maybe the office just won't give a shit, especially considering we have all the paperwork done and our move in date is later this week, but it still has me worried.

I suppose the worst case scenario is I'll have to get my dad to co-sign the lease, but that'll be a pain to organize on short notice. I really just want everything to go smoothly and I think it's kinda dumb that I have to give the apartment complex so much info in the first place

I like clothes and personal grooming/skincare. A lot. I take great care in how I present myself. I call it "metrosexual" (to the two people I've met IRL who know what it means), but my brother calls it "fabulousness". He doesn't care, though, because he uses my shampoo and conditioner and his girlfriend loves it.

I prefer fall and wintertime fashion, though. I think I look dreadful in shorts and a tank, but I adore jumpers, coats, and scarves.

Every fucking thing I begin to really enjoy ends up self-destructing. My parents split up because they didn't love each other as we loved them, I was carted around from school to school, when I finally settled somewhere it was with an emotionally abusive father figure, but I struggled through it and graduated, moved into a better house when my dad gets fucking killed, distraught, I push through it only to fail in college because I'm shit at maths. Then I get a job in a sandwich shop where I'm not respected in any way, now at least I have a good job, but nothing outside of it wants to work out.

Instead of making excuses, I am simply going to disown both posts, full stop. You don't make sweeping statements about entire groups of people like that, you don't deal in exaggerations when it comes to such sensitive topics, you present your stance by means of moderate suggestions rather than in clear-cut terms. I can't believe I let myself fall prey to such fallacies while looking like a xenophobic moron in the process - I really should have known better.

This is how I wish my stance be remembered:

A multiethnic society, when approached properly, is indeed a good thing, but great heed must be paid to make sure no tensions arise. In other words, societies that could still be described as homogenous should learn from mistakes other countries have made. To this end, multiculturalism, as I interpret it, is harmful, as it is a politically motivated cause that creates division. Combine this with the incompatibility of islam with western culture and the end result can be nothing short of disastrous for everyone. This is the process Europe is currently undergoing, and it should by all means be halted while it is still possible.

Long story short, friend I helped move was married to Italian guy, he seemed to made some people dissappear, and died under strange circumstances. She lost house to his kid who wanted all of his stuff there and I took the generator that they bought while married.

My grandfather's brother on my mother's side was an accountant/banker/cheddar runner for one of the Italian families in eastern PA/western NJ.
We're talking mafia as fuck.

My mom and dad were going through a rough point in their marriage at one point and he (the mafia member, my mom's uncle) offered to have my dad disappeared for her if she so desired.



We aren't even Italian or anything. We're German and just apparently good with cheddar.

Now that I think on it, my mom's one guy friend offered the same thing when her first husband was being the arsehole that he is.

My job requires me to do a fair bit of heavy lifting on a regular basis, so as a result it's built up my shoulder/upper arm muscles quite a bit, and every so often I like to flex in the mirror and admire them. It kinda makes me want to build them up even more. It's neat being able to lift things that I wouldn't have been able to this time last year. @v@
