When I think about that happening I described before in this thread where I moved about the house with barely any conscious thought, it feels oddly nice. It felt really comfortable and relaxing. I have to wonder if perhaps for me, the ultimate comfort would be to have no autonomy. To only have the bottom two and maybe the third rung of Maslow's hierarchy fulfilled, and have not even understanding of the upper rungs. To stop being a person and only be a homo sapien without the actual sapience part. I would only hope that my body would still be useful to others, that it could do work or take orders or provide some benefit.
I had been quite emotional over my lack of emotion lately, depressed that I'm far to the side of logic and wishing that I might move more to the side of emotion so that I may be more creative, as I feel an odd desire to write good and interesting things despite also feeling I am nowhere near able to do so. But now I'm feeling that it would likely feel well to be entirely on the end of logic. A sort of "If I can't have it all then I don't want it at all" deal, perhaps.
I'm laughing at my own words here though, which I would take to be evidence that attainment of 100% logic is happening nowhen soon. And really, reading over what I just wrote it looks like the words you would see in a collection of dumb things people on tumblr or the troper tales. Just the reason to desire removal of sapience, I would believe.

I feel jealous at times that the kids have cooler and cuter looking things than the adult sections at my job, if I was as delicate as I am tiny, I'd totally grab stuff from there.

I confess that I sometimes entertain the thought of getting a dating site profile on okcupid or something for the sole purpose of luring and rebuffing creeps and their disgusting sexual advances...but I don't think I'll ever do it because I don't want people who are actually decent to get caught in the middle and make me look like a baiting asshole.

I never saw the appeal of zombies. They've been overused in pretty much all mediums yet they keep selling. Now if it's some sort of special type of infected like the Flood or Necromorphs then that shit's cool, but your everyday flesh-eating zombie apocalypse doesn't interest me at all.

I stand up and get really excited in the last parts of movies. We watched Real Steel tonight, and it's a good thing we weren't in a theater, because I don't know if I could have kept sitting down. I get really excited in movies I guess.

Yeah I can only get into zombies if their backstory and biology makes sense, which is almost never true unless they're magic/necromancy based. I like the Flood and Ghouls from Fallout, but they're not exactly zombies in the classic sense.

Left 4 Dead 2 is sitting on my computer from a couple sales ago, no plans on touching it anytime soon.

I think why the idea is terrifying is that zombies defile everything a person stands for, then makes that person one of their own, and then the person's friends and family have to see that person coming for them.
