@Marc, I agree that it's not really something to bring up with your family until it becomes something that you feel they need to know. Not that you would necessarily do it poorly, but changing from Christianity to Atheism isn't a major lifestyle change (besides maybe church), so it's not something they really need to be aware of pressingly compared to a change in your diet or something similar.

Besides which, just coming out and saying it without thinking it over (especially with folks as touchy seeming as your parents), can make it come across as "Look at this new idea I've come across and that I'm totally going to make my life revolve around!"

And if you really think they're not going to accept or like you coming out as atheist, is there a reason to tell them? Provided they don't bug you about church, is not telling them going to be an issue for you with dealing with them?

There's this girl I like but we have some pretty differing political opinions and I fear I might flip out at her because of it, even though I know very well how dumb it would be.

Also, I have to admit I only began drinking raw milk because of equius and now I can't stop.

Sometimes I find myself seriously considering starting a grow operation for cannabis (its legal in my state now) because I really enjoy being in the greenhouse, but there really isn't in much of way for cheddar when it comes to normal plants.

I've never even smoked pot before but the idea of being able to make cheddar from growing plants really appeals to me.

I know it's really judgemental and none of my damned business, but as a cashier at a grocery store, every time someone with no visible injury refuses to put their large boxes of soda on the counter for me to pull over and scan because "it's really heavy", I find myself thinking: if you're really too weak or unhealthy to lift ten pounds, then you are most likely too unhealthy to get away with drinking all that soda. alternatively, the healthy people who refuse are too lazy to deserve the treat.

When I was playing Persona 3 FES, I got to December, and I remember wanting everyone in the game to die.

I thought of a "riddle", but it's really just a question requiring an obscure piece of knowledge about bloodtypes. I got excited I made a good one for a second, then realized it wasn't a riddle.

I'd draw a whole lot more if it was as much fun as playing video games. But alas, poor Yorick

I had a really big thing typed out that I spent hours writing here but then I had one little realization on the definition of one word and it all fell apart.

No, see, you're talking about shitty city tap water.
Good and/or rural tap is good. Although if it's off of a well it can be kind of mineraly. But I don't mind it.

I dunno, the rural tap water out here makes me nauseous.
