Someone posted a recipe for "Oreo Rice" on Facebook, and now my life knows no peace. Snakes have begun manifesting in my home.

This one goes out to the guy who smeared taco sauce on the baby changing station in the men's restroom.

You know how you'll sometimes have those dreams where you're throwing punches at something, but your punches keep landing like feathers? That's because your mind is refusing to let your body move in your sleep or something like that. Anyway, I guess my brain shut off last night or something because I threw a punch in my dream and then I woke up in pain because I punched my wall next to my bed really hard. First time that's happened.

My dreams are generally too vivid and I can't tell a difference until I wake up.

I did end up screaming myself awake last week or so, though.

I really wish I could feel awake and alert before, like, 11 am. Especially considering my day starts at 6:30.

Coffee just doesn't help much. It seems like the only thing that wakes me up is time, which I just don't have enough of apparently.

By the time I'm fully awake I usually have only a couple of hours left before I have to go to bed so I feel bad for not achieving much in the day and then it takes me at least one or two hours to actually fall asleep because I can't shut my mind off.
This semester is better than the last one in that I start at 2PM on Mondays and 10AM on Tuesdays instead of 8AM every day. I don't look forward to that part of my internship and future jobs.

Day 2 of not being able to turn my head to the left. Whooooo.

I'm ill.

My throat is getting sore and my head hurts. I hope it's not the flu or something.

One of my classes is a university-style bullshit-as-you-go faux-informal rhetoric ego-fest lecture and these are all things I hate.

Take bedsheets and clothes to the shared laundry room that closes at 11 pm. Be there at 10:40 to pick them up, door is closed. Reserve sauna for an hour at 9 pm, door is closed at 9:30. I don't think they adjusted the clocks.

Still trying to figure out why my internet hates one site so much.

While taking stuff into the apartment last night, some guy was screaming at his dog, saying "SHUT UP, PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO SLEEP" long with various choice words my vocabulary lacks. A short while later, he walks past my older brother's van, which hauled all of our belongings up, and climbed into his truck after taking a deep gulp from his flask.

Next thing I know, he is blaring his horn. I noticed the door to the back of the van was in the way, so I closed it so he could drive by. He drove slowly just past the van.

Then, when I turned back to pull the scanner out of the van, I heard this V̖̱̼͎̮͎ͅV͈͕̱͉̺͍͎V̻̲̰V̴̪͎̤̫͠R̷̹̺̰͎̟͠͠ͅE̴̘͖̫̪͘E̸̵͉̣̤̳͈Ȩ̷̥̰̝̗̭̕W̘̭̹̭W̡͚̥̩̠̠̣͡Ķ͚̝̬̹͕͘Ŗ̸̞͓̲͢ͅE̳̟͇̱̜̮͍͉R̸͕̣̬̯̭̤͍͠S̛͇̘͕̩̤̘̗͜T̢̗̝̟̺̯͠C̢̝͔̱̼H̨͉̹̘͚͠ͅḘ̛̖Ṟ̻͞ͅḰ̘̞R̯̜͓̻̖̙E͈̠̻̱͕͈̳̲͝͞Ṟ̶̶̫͍̣̤͠K̢̡̛̬̝̜É̴̵̹̰̤̦͎͈̹̳Ŗ̵̩̯̹̲K̨͙̰͡ sound. That vehicle had the gas pedal to the floor and he launched off down the apartment complex as though he were going to try and smash through the gates of Hell, spraying everyone with gravel the whole way.

Where do these cuts on my fingers come from? I had two small but painful cuts magically appear on my left thumb and right index while I was in class last week, and now I just noticed my right thumb is sliced open longitudinally?? It's not bleeding and not really painful but where does it come from?
