I've started to chew on my nails because they're getting really long and I keep forgetting to clip them

Dentist receptionists are always really curt with me and I don't know why. I could have leant over the desk and gnashed my teeth in her face going "does this look infected to you?"

Maybe it's your breath?

I had a huge blind one just above my cheeks, got a pin at inserted it at an angle so it didn't hurt as much, fucker was easy to get rid of after that.

I found out this is genetic with me, and I cant actually stop it from happening.

Now to feel even more self conscious about my body.

I don't know if this'll help but a while ago i made a list of all the things i liked about my body and all of the things i disliked, thankfully they came pretty much equal. sSince then one of the bad things i've crossed out and the other is halfway complete (braces). I find that it helps put into balance about what things i like and what things i dislike (that i can change of course, not impossible things.) I'd say do it if you're going to do things about it, otherwise it could have the opposite effect as you list all your bad things.

I very rarly think about all the things I dont like about myself because all the things I find awesome are in the way.

But I do have a few spikes of "eurg I wish this was diffrent..." when it comes to showing it off to other people.
