Open letters.

Opening the letters, you notice that five are complaints about lack of misconduct performed by the workers whom you supervise, the misconducts mainly involve harassing other staff members, particularly the janitor.
However, one letter is from a worker asking for a raise.

Your secretary is waiting patiently at the door.

File reports.

You finish filing the reports, signing papers to confirm that you have acknowledged your workers activities and notice that workplace morale and overall productivity has declined akin to the pendulum. In a paragraph you summarize that the workplace should hold a few events to occupy the workers and boost their spirits.
