Should we remove the wordfilter?
Yes 30%  30%  [ 7 ]
No 48%  48%  [ 11 ]
The less commonly used wordfilters should be kept 22%  22%  [ 5 ]

Since the ridiculous dicks (or what should be wordfilter) is REALLY gettng on people's nerves, and SBKT is absolutely destroying his thread rather than doing the sensible thing, I made a poll thread for this matter to see how many people want it gone.

Remember, these are the censored words so far:
daisies (to daisies)
Wow (to wow)
Hero (to hero)
cheddar (to cheddar)
Browser (to browser)
Wordfilter (to wordfilter)

The word filters don't bother me too much..
But cheddar and mormancraft needs to stay.
Especially cheddar. It made the ITT threads more amusing with the dairy product currency.
But that's just me.

Yep, I was just about to mention that. The "daisies" wordfilter is the one that annoys me the most, and I don't mind the other ones so much.

The only one that bothers me is the hero one, since the joke is a little outdated.
But really, I don't see a problem with them. I mean, all of us know the real meaning of them, so it's not like when someone says "daisies, that new browser, which costs a lot of cheddar, will be the new hero of the internet. Wow." we won't really know what he really means, all of us are intelligent enough to decode the real meaning of it.
It only makes it confusing to new guys to know why their post is being changed when they are not saying that, leading to some hilarious things like "WHY AM I SAYING Mormoncraft, I WANTED TO SAY Mormoncraft, WHY IS IT SAYING Mormoncraft????"

And you forgot the "word filter" one.

Mormancraft and dayum are definitely my greatest bane. Mormoncraft would be fine if it was for a word only related to Warcraft, as opposed to a god-daisies commonly used word!

Also, madness isn't a Wfilter word.

I agree with the wow thing, saying "OH WOW THAT IS AWESOME" isn't funny.
But, I see no problem in "daisies".

Umm. I'm down with cheddar and dayum. The others are too different from the actual word, and too confusing. I don't mind Mormoncraft. But Disregard this post. is awkward mostly because of the capitalization and punctuation.
