That "All you need is love" song has the worst ending.

I took a class on the Beatles over the summer and now I have their music stuck in my head all the time.

What? The song's consistent until the last part, where they just go crazy with weirdness.

The Beatles are great. You can't exactly listen to Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and come out saying "meh it's okay 7/10"

Honestly I've never been able to get into Sgt. Pepper's. I can't really describe why I don't like it I really don't know.

I have the 1 album and I like around half of what's on there; Hey Jude is my absolute favorite.
But overall I just...ehh. Too many run into the "weird and surreal" territory for me and that stuff makes me super uncomfortable. Like I can't watch Yellow Submarine because of how unpleasant I find it.

Queen is my favorite and I've been slowly going through ELO's stuff and have been enjoying most of it so far.

I like their surreal stuff more than their silly love songs. My favorites are probably I am the walrus and A day in the life. I like their earlier stuff too but it's all plain guitar+bass+drum for me, that doesn't catch my interest for long. Last year I decided to listen through all of their albums and I think I stopped midway through the white album because I couldn't take it any longer. The only one I ever listen to is Sgt Pepper's, and I skip most of the middle because I just can't stand some of them.
Queen is the best.
