Big Black (Steve Albini's seminal post-punk/noise rock brainchild) and Einst¸rzende Neubauten (seminal German noise/industrial band, get their first 5 albums).
Edit: Other than that I'm not that much into noise rock stuff, but I do dig noise influenced stuff like Orchid or H¸sker D¸. Listen to H¸sker D¸. All of you.
Edit 2: discordance axis! Extreme, abrasive, technical noisegrind about Anime, did collaborations with Merzbow - awesome stuff, "The Inalienable Dreamless" is one of my favorite albums ever. Might be just a tad too harsh for you though.
